The property is located 3 km from the beach and 3 km from all transport facilities in Shankill, a 15-minute walk to LUAS or Dart.

It has 4 main bedrooms with bathrooms, a huge garden, orchard, private parking.

It is secured with an alarm system and monitored by CCTV, with a video intercom at the gates for easy access.

Rooms are available immediately:

Large double room for one person - €750 (1000 for a couple)
Double room with bathroom and sea view on the 1st floor - €1200 for a couple (1000 € for a single person)
Double room and single room from €600 and €700 + (without bathroom). Shared bathroom (new)

We can also provide a large room (one of the lounges) for a family of up to 3 people for about €1500.

We also have 1 double room for 1 person in another property 150 meters from Luas worth €1000.

A deposit of 1 month's rent is required, and utility bills are not included in the price. Wi-Fi, Sky TV, the fastest total internet, and Netflix, YouTube Premium, etc.
The residence is intended for quiet, working people who respect other tenants. NO parties allowed.
