It features 4 main bedrooms with en-suites, a huge garden, an orchard, and private parking.

It is secured with an alarm system and monitored by CCTV, with a video intercom at the gates for easy access.

Rooms are available immediately:

- Large double room for one person - €750 (€1000 for a couple)
- Double room with en-suite and sea view on the 1st floor - €1200 for a couple (€1000 for a single person)
