WORK ABROAD WITH ACCOMMODATION IN A 10-BEDROOM VILLA - DUBLIN, IRELAND

The job will involve renovating/upgrading a 10-bedroom residence in southern Dublin (Shankill), where you can comfortably stay in a large shared room with an ensuite bathroom. There is a possibility of further employment in a finishing or painting company.

Scope of work to be performed:
Painting, wallpapering indoors and outdoors
Completing several bathrooms from scratch and remodeling a few
Building partition walls and room separations
Installing some doors and windows
Laying new flooring and carpets in a large area
Electric work and modern solutions (cameras, lighting, alarms, remote control for various devices, Alexa, Smart TV, internet devices installation and configuration, spotlight lighting + LED strips with controllers
Carpenter
Plumber
Plasterer
Bricklayer
Moving furniture from clients to the villa and assembling them
Strong Construction Assistant and garden work.

No knowledge of English is required for any of the above tasks.
No financial investment is needed before starting work except for buying a ticket.
We pick you up from the airport, take you to the villa, and provide accommodation in the main building with other residents, eliminating the loss of time and money on commuting to work. Payment is weekly.
Meals can be provided at the villa 3 times a day (optional).
We guarantee 50-60 hours of work per week at an agreed net rate.
