The main function of this position is to oversee onsite activities and assist in selecting new projects and estimates. The position is located in the Dublin area and surroundings. For the foreman, we can provide a company van, fuel card, etc. Just demonstrate performance for 1 month.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and continuously improve the management system to ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.
• Prepare schedules and resource utilization reports.
• Direct contact with investors.
• Delegate and supervise a dynamic team of painters and builders.
• Continuously seek the cheapest materials and methods for project implementation.
• Work with the core management team to continuously improve processes and staff skills.
• Assist in the process of appointing new staff.
• Support the estimators in the bidding and estimating process.
Required skills:
• Over 3 years of experience in the broader renovation and painting or general construction industry.
• Attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communicative English required (knowledge of Polish will be an advantage but not necessary)
• Basic knowledge of the Office Excel suite.
• Full category B driving license.
