Dart Clongriffin is 15 minutes away, and the bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the house.
Also, Dublin Airport is not far and there is a direct bus from the Hilton hotel.

I am looking for a relaxed, tidy, and clean person/couple.
They must be a non-smoker.

A deposit equal to one month's rent is required at the time of moving in, along with monthly rent paid in advance.

Shorter-term rentals are also available, but upon moving out, a 1-month notice period must be observed.
