We are looking for a competent and experienced Construction Site Supervisor/Foreman for an Internal & External Insulation Company. The Construction Site Supervisor/Foreman is responsible for managing day-to-day activities on-site throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management, coordination, and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Assist the project team in monitoring progress to meet agreed program targets.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Work closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and a productive site culture.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Manage ordering and control of materials on-site.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to prioritize workload, excellent time management, and strong managerial skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to deliver successful projects while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Strong commitment to Health and Safety.
- Fluency in both Polish and English.
- Ability to coordinate a variety of projects.
Salary: €35000/40000 per annum depends on experience.
