The house is located in a quiet and attractive neighborhood in Dunboyne - on the outskirts of Dublin, near the N3/M3 road, close to D15 and Blanchardstown. Easy access also by city bus or train to the center. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and other common areas. The main bathroom is for the exclusive use of the renters. Families, couples, or individuals of calm disposition, who work, without addictions, and who want to share with me (1 conflict-free person) are welcome in this rather large house. I would like to emphasize that, due to my work, I spend most of my time outside the house or in my room, so there are no worries that we will be in each other's way.
