COMMIS CHEF NAAS

Looking for a Commis Chefs to work in a new Tapas/Fusion/Lunch Restaurant. We are seeking to recruit 2 qualified Commis Chefs with experience who fit at a minimum the following criteria: Must be creative and imaginative with menus and presentation. Must have excellent attention to detail. The position requires you to work 5 days over 7, inclusive of Sundays/weekends. You need to demonstrate excellent professional culinary skills but also excellent organisational skills. You will be a qualified chef/commis chef with experience. You are used to working in a busy kitchen under the close supervision of a Head Chef. You are flexible with regard to early starts and late finishes. You can demonstrate that you have at least 2 years experience in prepping, finishing and serving. You have an excellent knowledge and proficiency in the HACCP system and have a proven ability to keep immaculate records. Call Dominik 0894964035
