Account Assistant Key responsibilities will include: Handling of internal and client accounting, Debtors /creditors analysis, Maintaining invoices, Follow up on payment from customers, Responding to queries in a timely manner, Debtors reconciliations, Creditors reconciliations, Petty Cash (including petty cash reconciliations at month end), Other ad-hoc accounts responsibilities. Experience & Requirements: Proficient in MS Excel and Word is essential Experience with Access is desirable Leaving certificate or equivalent essential Qualification in book keeping a must for a new starter or 1-2 years’ experience in a working environment. Personal Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner. Fluent English both written and spoke.Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.A self-started with an ability to work on their own initiative and demonstrate the ability to be a strong team player.
