Our client is a large grower in the horticultural area. The crops that are produced are lettuce and carrots, are supplied exclusively to the Tesco, Lidl, etc. The supervisor will be responsible for managing the staff and equipment involved in the harvesting of these crops. Obviously this is carried out outdoors.The Supervisor will manage a team of approx. 20 staff, and will be working to tight production deadlinesSuitable applicants will most likely come from a horticultural/crop production have previous experience of managing a team of people and have a grasp of modern farm machinery. Very good level of English required both written and spoken, good IT skills also essential. This is a fulltime salaried position based in the south east of Ireland.
