We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for an amazing property in Co Kildare, just a short drive from Dublin. This high-end luxury property is renowned as a wedding venue but also offers quality food offerings in it’s Bistro and fine-dining Restaurant. Roles and responsibilities will include: Working alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen; Delivering the very highest standards of food and service at all times; Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to spec; Ensuring that the property remains fully compliant in terms of hygiene, health and safety; Working as part of a progressive and ambitious team; Train junior staff. Ideal Candidate: Minimum of two years experience at CDP level in a 4* or 5*property or fine-dining restaurant; Excellent communication & time management skills; Be an excellent team player & place huge emphasis on customer service; HACCP experience.
