We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Development and Relationship Manager who is capable of making a newly created role their own.

New Business Development & Relationship Management role
Excellent base salary with lucrative commission structure

Reporting to the Managing Director and General Manager, your responsibilities will primarily be:

Business Development in all areas of recruitment.
Management and mentoring of two junior sales managers.
Actively prospect for new business opportunities, managing prospects through the full sales process from initial contact to closing and qualifying opportunities
Relationship building and maintenance of new and existing clients
Negotiating and closing sales opportunities and encouraging long-term relationships with key decision makers, through regular contact, meetings and ongoing support and service.
Present and deliver completed tenders for suitable qualified business.
To develop both new and existing business using both the current database and other sources (Sales leads, trade shows, etc.) within the CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business development and relationship management role
You will be a self-starter, driven by the desire to achieve new sales with new and existing clients.
Proven track record in Business Development within the recruitment industry and proven closing ability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
Flexible and available to attend events and regular network meetings outside normal business hours
Excellent time management skills
Strong business acumen, consistently demonstrates business/marketplace knowledge (policies, practices, trends, etc.)
Full driving licence (and own transport)
