Your main duties will include: Monitor cash flow as per project budget; Prepare material take-offs; Assist with the preparation of variations and claims; Prepare payment certificates for subcontractors; Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders. To be successful in your application you will possess the following: Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics; 1-3 years post-graduate experience in a similar role within a main contractor environment; Experience working on building and civil engineering projects is desirable; Be commercially aware with good client facing skills.
